Jingling Christmas Tree Ornament

Create a Christmas tree ornament using basic Origami steps, and festive jingle bells. You can hang your ornament on your Christmas tree or on a doorknob for a cheerful way to celebrate the Holidays.

Materials

Glitter Sticks 60 Pack

Jingle Bells 13mm Gold & Silver

Jingle Bells 16mm Assorted Colors

Construction Paper (green)

Glue Stick

Scissors

Hole Punch

Instructions

Step 1. Gather your supplies.
	Step 2. To make your tree, follow steps 2- 6 of the Origami Christmas Tree Card using three squares of green construction paper (3" square, 4" square, 6" square).
	Step 3. Starting with the small triangle, punch 3 holes along the bottom.
	Step 4. Cut a 1" piece of a Gold Glitter Stick.  String on a Jingle bell.
	Step 5. Loop the Glitter Stick through one of the holes you punched in step 3, and twist to secure. The Jingle Bell should hang from the triangle.
	Step 6. Repeat Steps 4-5 to complete the small triangle.
	Step 7. Repeat Steps 3-5 on the other 2 triangles. For the large triangle you will need to punch 4 holes along the bottom.
	Step 8. Apply glue to the back of the medium triangle and attach to the front of the large triangle, as shown.
	Step 9. Punch a hole at the top of the tree. Thread a piece of a red Glitter Stick  through the hole and twist to secure a shape for hanging.
